Purchase Plans

There are two alternative purchase plans being offered. In one alternative, purchase of your home is secured by a deposit on the full purchase price followed by payment of the balance at closing. In the other alternative there is a discounted price; purchase of your new home is secured by a deposit followed by stage payments as the construction proceeds.
